GBCA Parents,

To those families returning, welcome back, and to our new families, WELCOME to GBCA.  The 2019-2020 school year is upon us.  As our children and teachers start to get settled into their routine, I want to make you aware of an opportunity for you to get involved with the school, as well as meet other parents, teachers and parishioners.

Last year, we started up the Parent-Teacher Partnership (PTP).  It was an opportunity to bring the key entities who make a Christian school great under one collaborative group to help with information sharing, offer a forum for feedback, collect ideas and goals from the group, and then use that information to organize a way forward for positive change and to help our school grow.  And it was SUCCESSFUL.

But it is a new year and with every school year, just like the children and teachers, you have to get back into the rhythm that made you successful the previous year with insight on how you can make it better.  With that being said, for the 2019-2020 school year, we intend to grow our PTP including parishioners within our group.  We all have a shared interest and over the summer parents, teachers, and parishioners working together we have accomplished a tremendous amount.  Our goal is to carry that momentum into this year and hopefully grow our participation so that we can achieve all of the goals we set for ourselves.
